We're unique because we don't operate a factory. Much of what goes on in the consulting and fundraising world isn't much different from working on an assembly line. No matter what the job or who the client, the same thing is done over and over again.

At James A. Ravanelli and Associates, you'll never find us applying a cookie cutter approach to your organization. We want to know you, your organization, and your donors or constituents. We take the time to listen because we believe every organization is unique and that there is no one-size-fits-all program. That's why we get to know you and your organization.

We take the time to learn about each of our clients: their dreams, their strengths, and the obstacles they face. Because we take the time, we build working relationships that last. Our clients aren't one-time projects; rather, they are long-time partners.

And we're unique in that we don't accept every client who calls. We don't want to take on a job that doesn't fit our organization's strengths and personality. You want a firm working for you that understands you and with whom you'll enjoy working. Life is too short and your work is too important to settle for less than great working relationships. Another unique aspect of James A. Ravanelli and Associates is that our firm is closed on Fridays. We believe people come first. Our employees identify with each one of our clients. We work very hard Monday through Thursday, intensely focusing our energies on meeting the client's needs. That kind of outstanding service should be rewarded.

Some offices allow their employees to "dress down" on Fridays. Our staff is so good, we take every Friday off. Of course, sometimes problems won't wait or circumstances require us to be in the office on Friday. In those cases, you'll find us taking care of your business – even on Friday.

Note to our competitors: Don't try this unless you have the best staff on the planet, like we do.
