MeRi Allen,
Vice President of Operations

MeRi (pronounced May Ree) has worked with James A. Ravanelli and Associates for more than nine years. During this time, she has developed relationships with printing companies and mail houses that work with us in producing high quality products for our clients.

MeRi is responsible for management of all company and outsource services and coordination of client projects. Her graphic design caters to each client's particular organization and circumstance. Whether focused on a direct mail appeal, newsletter, layout and design, planned giving publication, feasibility study or capital campaign, she is uniquely sensitive to the mission of non-profits and able to provide a creative edge for their individual projects.

Her work experience ranges from serving as editor for the Brookhaven College student newspaper, as office manager for Dale Carnegie Courses, as a minister's wife for more than 15 years, and as a mother and grandmother. She also has sold life insurance for Franklin Life Insurance Co. and real estate for Century 21.

Her education includes Brookhaven Community College and Abilene Christian University. She also has attended workshops on management, computer software programs, motivation and non-profit development.
